Terms of Service

Stickvenir (“Stickvenir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and sells illustrated souvenir stickers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit stickvenir.com, request a sample or wholesale information, or buy Stickvenir stickers, whether through our online shop or one of our marketplace listings.

By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

If you use the website or place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

You’re welcome to browse, explore our designs, and get in touch. When you do, please don’t:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to access areas, accounts, or systems that aren’t meant for you, including our internal tools;
• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website, or introduce malware;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission; or
• submit false information or pretend to be someone else.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time, and we may decline requests that misuse it.

Our stickers are die-cut from waterproof vinyl with a matte finish. Most measure about 3 × 3 inches (7.6 × 7.6 cm), and sizes vary slightly by design.

We work hard to show our stickers accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen. Product photos, mockups, and display concepts illustrate how stickers can be used and may not match the finished product exactly.

Our stickers are made to resist water, UV fading, and scratches, with outdoor longevity of up to 5 years. Longevity and removal vary by surface, exposure, and care, so results can differ from one surface or climate to another.

You can buy our stickers from our online shop at shop.stickvenir.com, which runs on Shopify, and through our listings on eBay. stickvenir.com doesn’t take payments itself.

• Checkout and payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify or eBay. Their terms and policies, including anything shown at checkout, also apply to your purchase.
• Prices. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. A price change won’t affect an order we’ve already accepted.
• Orders. Your order is accepted when we confirm or ship it. If an item is out of stock or was listed with an obvious error, such as the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

Because our stickers are low-cost keepsakes, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

We do want every order to arrive in great shape. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, or never arrives, email us at hello@stickvenir.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and, where it helps, a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

This doesn’t limit any protection you have under eBay’s Money Back Guarantee or under consumer protection laws where you live.

This section applies to shops, hotels, museums, and other businesses that request samples from us or carry our stickers.

• Samples. Free samples are offered at our discretion and while supplies last, usually one set per business. Requesting or receiving a sample doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Wholesale orders. Wholesale pricing, order minimums, payment terms, and shipping are shared on request and confirmed in writing, for example in a quote, invoice, or email, before you order.
• Consignment and displays. Consignment arrangements, including any display stands and restocking, are set out in a separate written agreement with your business.
• Reselling. You may resell the stickers you buy from us in their original form. Please don’t alter them, sell them as another brand’s product, or suggest a closer relationship with Stickvenir than the one we’ve agreed.

If a written agreement between your business and Stickvenir conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement applies.

We sometimes create designs for a specific business, such as a sticker of a hotel’s building or a shop’s name.

• If you give us names, logos, photos, or other material to work from, you confirm that you have the right to let us use them for that purpose, and you’re responsible for any claims that arise if you don’t.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Stickvenir owns the artwork we create. You may sell and give away the stickers we produce for you; using the design for anything else needs our written permission.
• We may show custom work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to.

All designs, illustrations, photos, text, and other content on this website and on our products, along with the Stickvenir name and ✳ mark, belong to Stickvenir or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Buying a sticker gives you the sticker, not the rights to its design. Without our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or distribute our designs, including through print-on-demand services, or use our content to train artificial intelligence models. Sharing photos of your stickers is always welcome.

Our designs celebrate cities, landmarks, and destinations. Unless we say otherwise, Stickvenir isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the places, landmarks, venues, events, or organizations that appear in our artwork, and any names or marks belong to their owners.

Our website links to services run by others, including Shopify, eBay, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms removes any warranty or right that can’t be excluded under the law that applies to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stickvenir won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to or, if you didn’t buy anything, US$100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@stickvenir.com. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Stickvenir is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the U.S. state, Canadian province, or other place where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we’ll make significant changes clear on the website. Changes apply from the date they’re posted and don’t affect orders placed before then. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
